In 2026 we're launching Your Living Workspace—a personalized workspace transformation that brings the restorative power of forest bathing (sylvotherapy) indoors.
This is more than simply recommending a few houseplants. This program includes two to three certified indoor forest bathing (sylvotherapy) consultations -- you'll learn strategic ways to cleanse your home air using the latest research on the best depolluting plants, actually work with Frankie in-person and set your plants and space up perfectly, combined with simple daily practices to reconnect with nature.
This is the beginning of a new you.
Your Living Workplace consultation includes designing a living workspace tailored to your office, light conditions, maintenance preferences, and wellness goals.
Together we'll create a home office that:
Whether you work from home full-time or simply want a healthier environment for your family, your home should support you —not work against you.
After all, the air you breathe shapes the way you feel, focus, and flourish.
Ready to breathe easier?
If you'd like to transform your home office into a Living Workspace, I'd love to help you create a strategic plant-filled environment that's beautiful, restorative, and designed to support your wellbeing every day.

We are thankful to work near Little Thundering Waters, Niwa'ah Onega'gaih'ih, Tkaronto. At this crossing was Taiaiagon, "village at the crossing." The village was a major meeting place for Indigenous Nations to gather for trade and council, including the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga, Seneca, Tuscarora, Ojibwa and Erie. The region is now covered by Treaty 13 signed with the City of Toronto and the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands.
